“A Bible that’s falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn’t.” -Charles Spurgeon

To read it from His perspective...

"The goal of the Bible has always been to bring us into an encounter and relationship with God." Kris Vallotton

“Don't just go through the Bible, let the Bible go through you.” Steve Hill

"It's awsome to read the Bible three hours a day, but if it doesn't show outside I don´t know how close You live to the Father´s heart after all. Then it´s just all religiosity."

"Reading our Bible is actually fundamental, but there is more if we are going to walk in His truth. Even if we read the Bible, if we do not read it by the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, we will not understand it correctly." Rick Joyner

“Skal vi forandre Bibelen, eller skal vi la Bibelen forandre oss?” Kai Johansen

"In reality, the Bible is a closed book. Anything I can get from the Word without God will not change my life… When I treat the Bible as a road map, I live as though I can find my own way through my own understanding of His book. I believe this perspective of scriptures actually describes living under the law, not living under grace. Living under the law is the tendency to desire a list of preset boundaries, and not a relationship. While both the Law and Grace have commandments, Grace comes with an inbuilt ability to obey what was commanded. Under Grace, I don’t get a road map… I get a tour guide – the Holy Spirit…
Revelation that doesn’t lead to a God encounter only serves to make me more religious.

Unless Scripture leads me to Him, I only become better equipped to debate with those who disagree with my way of thinking… How can I protect myself from the pride that comes from knowledge, even when it’s in the Bible? I must be certain that it takes me to Jesus!" Bill Johnson

"God never violates His word. But He’s quite comfortable violating our understanding of His word." Bill Johnson

I JUST LOVE THAT BOOK (GO´-BOKA<3), OF COURSE MY ALL TIME FAVORITE!! GOD, LET IT BECOME ALIVE IN ME!

"LEV I ORDET, SÅ HAVNER DU IKKE PÅ JORDET" Ukjent

  1. The bible that is highlighted is my bible. It became a source of pride to me, so I gave it away. I am so glad to see God glorify Himself through that bible again. I have wondered what happened to it. Does anyone know where it is?
